Fire Flow
Signature set hot flow class that combines breath to movement. Students will challenge with a dynamic warm up, warrior sequence, balancing postures and core work. 60 minutes. Heat set between 102-105 degrees with humidity between 40-50%. All levels are welcome.
Fire Vinyasa
Vinyasa flow designed by teacher with signature postures focusing on breath to movement. 60 minutes. Heat set between 102-104 degrees with humidity between 30-40%. All levels are welcome.
Fire 26
Set series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises designed to systematically work every part of your body. 60 minutes. Heat set between 102-105 with humidity between 40-50%. All levels are welcome. Great for beginners.
Fire SCULPT
Signature yoga poses that incorporate hand weights and cardio bursts to get the heart pumping. Great for building lean muscle, sculpting the body, and increasing flexibility. 60 minutes. Heat between 95-100 degrees. All levels are welcome.
Restorative Flow
Beginner friendly class that focuses on the use of breath as you stretch the deeper parts of the body. The use of props helps the body relax into the posture without strain ( 5-7 mins per posture). 60 minutes. Gently warmed. All levels welcomed.
Slow Burn Vinyasa
In this class, the pace is intentionally slower, giving you the opportunity to dive into the details of each pose and transition within the warmth of the room. It's an ideal setting for newer practitioners to build a strong foundation, while seasoned yogis can focus on refining their technique and enhancing their practice. 60 minutes. Heat set at 102-104 degrees. All levels welcome.
Fire FLOW Pump
Fire Flow Pump is an electrifying blend of our signature flow sequence, bodyweight-only movements, and cardio bursts, designed to push your endurance and build strength. No dumbbells—just you, your body, and the heat. Set in a room with infrared heat, dry heat, and humidity. 60-minutes. Heat set at 102-103 degrees.
