Fire Flow

Signature set hot flow class that combines breath to movement. Students will challenge with a dynamic warm up, warrior sequence, balancing postures and core work. 60 minutes. Heat set between 102-105 degrees with humidity between 40-50%. All levels are welcome.

Fire Vinyasa

Vinyasa flow designed by teacher with signature postures focusing on breath to movement. 60 minutes. Heat set between 97-99 degrees with humidity between 30-40%. All levels are welcome.

Fire 26

Set series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises designed to systematically work every part of your body. 60 minutes. Heat set between 102-105 with humidity between 40-50%. All levels are welcome. Great for beginners.

Fire SCULPT

Signature yoga poses that incorporate hand weights and cardio bursts to get the heart pumping. Great for building lean muscle, sculpting the body, and increasing flexibility. 60 minutes. Heat between 92-95 degrees. All levels are welcome.

Restorative Flow

Beginner friendly class that focuses on the use of breath as you stretch the deeper parts of the body. The use of props helps the body relax into the posture without strain. 60 minutes. Gently warmed. All levels welcomed.
