I am a lover of the sunshine, and running around adventuring outside doing anything active. I am a believer in finding joy and gratitude in all things and how that can change your life. With so many struggles with anxiety and depression over the years, I have found that moving my body is some of the best medicine. 

I completed my 200 hour power yoga certification in 2014 in Hawaii and since then have become a certified sculpt and trauma informed teacher. I love creativity, mindfulness, playfulness of yoga, and how yoga can be anything you want it to be. Every time you step on the mat your body will get what it needs, no right or wrong, just time to be in your body, to be present, to be grounded. 

Moving, breathing, sweating together with others while listening to my favorite jams is my happy place. I have a yearning for everyone, including myself, to see their full potential as the unique individuals they are and to take up SPACE in this world. Join me for a hot flow or yoga sculpt class where I will motivate and encourage you to be a little more connected to yourself. Come get out of your mind and into your body!
