Yoga found me during one of the lowest points in my life, when I was searching for a way to heal and reconnect with myself. That’s when I discovered the teachings of Michael Singer, which opened my heart to the spiritual path of yoga. His wisdom led me to Paramahansa Yogananda, and from there, I found my way to the physical practice of yoga. It felt like the missing piece I’d been searching for, and it transformed my life. Teaching became a natural extension of that transformation—I knew I wanted to hold space for others to experience this healing too.

I’m certified in Vinyasa (200 YTT) and Restorative yoga (50 YTT), and I also have a deep love for practicing Bikram. There’s something about the heat and the discipline of Bikram that pushes you to face yourself and grow, and I find it to be a powerful complement to my other practices.

In my classes, I love blending the flow of Vinyasa with the restorative stillness that allows us to deeply reconnect with ourselves. My philosophy is all about using yoga to get out of your head and into your body, to connect with your breath—your life force—and feel the energy flowing within. The real magic is when we take that awareness and bring it into our daily lives.

I’m passionate about creating an inviting and fun space for my students. I love curating vibey playlists that set the tone for each class, and I truly believe in the importance of finding joy on the mat. My goal is to help you connect with yourself, move through discomfort with courage, and discover the beauty of growth—both in your practice and in your life. I hope to hold space for you to explore all the ways yoga can transform your heart, just like it’s done for me.
