I discovered hot yoga 20 years ago when friend a friend invited me to join her at a Bikram studio in Oceanside. I instantly fell in love,  practiced every day of my trial week, and was hooked. From then on, I found the progressive practice to ground me spiritually and emotionally. At the time my dad was suffering with stage 4 colon cancer and through my practice and meditation I found strength to help care for him until he passed.

For the next 15 years I would find my mat as a way to balance out my active life style between beating my body up at bootcamp, teaching middle school physical education, and being a mom of two incredible daughters. My love for the 8 limbs of yoga grew until I finally committed and completed my 200-hour YTT. The intention of one day creating safe, beautiful, bright, loving studio of my own was always in the back of my mind.

That day is now here and I cannot wait to have you in my class so I can inspire you to be the best version of yourself while we flow and sweat together. Thank you for choosing me to be your teacher!
